Therapeutic massage is customized to your individual needs. Clinical Bodywork
This includes highly effective neuromuscular techniques, including myofascial release and trigger point therapy. The gentle stretching of connective tissue and direct, deeper massage of areas of accumulated stress can increase motion, flexibility, and relieve acute or chronic pain. Acupressure & Meridian Massage
Somewhat related to acupuncture, but performed without needles, acupressure is based on oriental concepts of our energy pathways, called meridians. Gentle, direct finger pressure on specific release points has an amazing soothing effect on the body, and can relieve tension & pain by restoring harmony between the body & mind. Foot Reflexology
