Our new wellness studio in Kent Island, Maryland, is a small, welcoming setting where you will enjoy the kind of attention and privacy that is hard to find in a larger spa. You may also experience the area's only Radiant Heat Room--the same type of heat that is used in incubators to soothe newborn babies. We specialize in many types of therapeutic massage, and also offer unique and revitalizing treatments using Ayurvedic oils and herbs to rebalance your senses, that may be purchased separately, or in combination with your massage.
Our approach to massage focuses on the body-mind relationship. When your body is fatigued or injured, it is very difficult to focus and perform in the way you need to. At the same time, mental and emotional strain always shows itself somewhere in our bodies. 
Therapeutic massage can assist in circulation, restore energy, and reduce pain, fatigue and anxiety...thereby strenghtening the recipient\'s emotional well-being. Additionally, regular massage can decrease cortisol levels naturally produced by the body, helping to reduce stress.
